I am a product of my decisions.”

Kalokaghatia versus precipitous modern lifestyle?
My name is Anna Linhart. My life is rainbow-colored and very active.
I´ve already been enjoying it for a second half century.
I have been fully dedicated to my studied economic and financial space for more than 25 years in corporate world of international business companies filled to the brim with numbers, leadership, and management of teams, projects, etc. Many of you surely know the endless carousel of stressful overload without caring about your health, privacy, self-esteem, and life passing by fast. And yet without significant changes or development.
Still water doesn´t resonate with me.
I decided to make a fundamental change in my life. I left the environment of a very successful company, left my attractive prestigious position to someone else and followed my heart.
I love sport and movement.
I am actively involved in sports more than 35 years, including competing and coaching time periods. In recent years I have been coaching TRX lessons, exercising the human body only with own weight on suspension straps. I have trained over more than thousand hours in TRX. All this is the reason why I´m able to very sensitively perceive the body, which I use in training and communicating with clients.
Why the topic Face Yoga?
I discovered the Face Yoga Method (hereinafter FYM) videos by the founder of this method Fumiko Takatsu by chance.
This method absolutely enchanted me by its simplicity, efficiency, sophistication and functionality of care, not only for the face.
The vast majority of us “nourish” our bodies from neck to ankles in sports. We often completely miss out the face and feet!
FYM is an important part of the mosaic of holistic care and fits perfectly into my lifestyle and beliefs in “Kalokaghatia“.
I decided to learn Face Yoga in detail and pass it on.
I fulfilled this intention! I became a member of a closed international group of FYM certified teachers directly led by the enthusiastic Fumiko Takatsu.
How did Face Yoga help me?
It brightened, relaxed, and rejuvenated my skin, softening my wrinkles. I´ve got rid of many years of not completely healthy skin caused, for example, by permanent stress and a long time spent with a phone on my face.
And among other things, thanks to FY, I´ve been able to balance the right chin tip. During my workaholism period, I suddenly fainted at home one morning, and as I fell down I hit my chin very painfully about the heater I was just walking next to. Since then, I had a lump and an asymmetrical chin in that place (see my photo story in “BEFORE AND AFTER”).
Do you know what my slogan in the logo sounds like? “wake up your face, wake up your passion!” That is why I invite you on this adventurous journey to yourself rewarded with a radiant smile, a spark in your eyes and a rediscovered passion to live fully.
With love, respect and reverence

1. When is it best time to practice Face Yoga?
Ideally twice a day. Immediately in the morning in bed or the bathroom. For the second time in the evening and just before bedtime.
If it is difficult to exercise in the morning or evening, exercise throughout the day! While riding a car or public transport, on a walk, while cooking, watching TV, in the shower! Try to make it a daily habit and fun at the same time. Just imagine the driver in the next car looking at you when he sees you, for example, “Bumblebee” or “Hangman” at the traffic lights at an intersection.
Life must be taken with humor and exaggeration! 😊
2. How often do I have to practice Face Yoga before I see results?
Some people see results right away, even after one workout! Most people will see results after just two weeks of practice.
3. Do I have to practice, train and perform all positions every day?
No, no, not at all. Exercise for at least 5 to 15 minutes a day. For best results, practice at least a little every day instead of one long lesson at a time. But exercise must be joy and fun, not the burden of duty.
4. How long is the endurance or duration of each pose required?
This is stated with each position description. Many represent three series of ten seconds, others can be longer or shorter.
5. Do I get wrinkles with Face Yoga?
No, you won’t.
While unconsciously repetitive movements cause unwanted wrinkles (eg, unconsciously raising eyebrows when communicating, smiling), conscious movement of facial muscles in the right way can prevent them from occurring, and even reduce wrinkles.
